Karaage

 Hey... I cooked again tonight!  Amazing I know.  I had leftover pork tenderloin from last night that needed to be cooked.  And there was a recipe posted on a Japanese cooking FB group that used pork (it is usually done with chicken thighs).  It's a marinated deep fried yummy called Karaage.

 Another keeper recipe.  I very rarely deep fry so I have to up my skill set!

The recipe says 'chicken' but basically you can go with anything you've got.  I bet steak would be amazing...  For the dipping sauce I used "Yum Yum Sauce" which can be found at Walmart.
