Out of Africa - a photo safari
I'm going thru some of my photos from my trip to Kenya in 2006. I took over 3000 photos during the month we spent there. I need to cull out a bunch and get them in a photo book.
And while I'm culling, I thought I'd share a few of the 'keepers' with you.

Digital photography is amazing. When I traveled to Europe in 1993 pre digital era I took 252 in a period of 6 months.
ReplyDeleteAll the pictures are wonderful, but I especially like the one of the monkey dipping into the pool
ReplyDeleteOh, Teri, those pictures are magnificent. My favorites are to two lions -- especially the snoozing lioness. Wonderful!
ReplyDeleteLiss - I love my digital camera. But I think with my old film Canon I was much more careful with my compositions. You really had to think it thru. Now it's shoot and check the image, shoot again.
ReplyDeleteKathy - I'm not a monkey fan but they were funny to watch around the pool.
Jo - We were about 5 feet from her and she barely flicked an ear. I was amazed at how much they really did blend into the grass. Scary!
Lovely Teri! What amazing places you have been to. ~Lili
ReplyDeleteLili - I have indeed! I'm going to start posting up some fav pics every once in a while.
