When repotting my new succulents, some dropped leaves with the handling. When that happens just lay those leaves on TOP of a bit of soil (I used a large terra Cotta catch dish).
Then ignore them. Really ignore them... no water, no poking.
In some weeks you might see a cute baby plant growing from a withered leaf; like the one in the 6 o'clock position of the dish.
Or maybe not... but the experiment is free and easy!
